Coaching Philosophy

As an AuDHDer myself, I understand the intricacies and nuances of neurodivergent experiences. My coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of empathy, understanding, and a strengths-based approach. I believe that every individual has the potential to excel and that neurodiversity is a powerful asset rather than a limitation. Through a collaborative and supportive coaching relationship, I help my clients discover their inner strengths, develop effective strategies, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Background and Experience

With over a decade of experience, my journey into coaching is deeply personal and driven by my own encounters with autism and ADHD. These encounters have sculpted my comprehension of the distinctive strengths and challenges inherent in neurodiversity, fueling my passion for aiding others on their journey to success.

Professionally, I've had the privilege of working across various roles that have enriched my ability to support and champion neurodivergent individuals. At Camp Royall, I served as the Assistant Program Director, where I directly impacted the lives of neurodivergent individuals through inclusive camp programming. I also worked at the Carolina Living and Learning Center, where I provided direct care, mentored staff, and developed inclusive programming. These formative experiences endowed me with a profound understanding of neurodivergent needs, shaping my coaching approach.

Education and Certifications

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education & Psychology from Georgia College & State University, I possess a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and facilitating experiential learning. Additionally, I've completed certifications in Empowering Students Through Coaching from JST Coaching & Training and UX/UI Design from CareerFoundry. These credentials bolster my ability to offer innovative and effective coaching solutions tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals.

My dedication to empowering neurodivergent individuals is not just a career—it's a passion. If you're seeking personalized support and guidance on your neurodiversity journey, I invite you to book a consultation or coaching package with me. Together, we'll unlock your unique strengths, overcome challenges, and chart a path to your fullest potential.
